The Rock Outreach Center

Vision

We are a Church with a passion to worship the Lord and to see people reach their destiny in Christ through biblical applications. Building a strong and healthy church body that will strengthen families, build community, and impact the world. Our hearts desire is to see people saved, equipped and empowered by the Holy Spirit for ministry. We believe in leadership that trains and releases people to fulfill God’s calling and purpose in their lives.

Love God and Love our neighbor as ourselves, and with Adopt-A-Block thats what we do. The Adopt-A-Block outreach is God's heart expressed to the community God has given us. Its not only a ministry but a condition of the heart. It is the eyes and ears of the community to find the hurts and needs ofthe people. We have the ability to impact the lives of families all around us in a relevant, effective and long lasting way.
Serving the Streets... A strategically focused time of ministering every month to the lost and hurting homeless in Port Arthur. We will bring hot food, cold drinks, toiletries, foot washing and newsocks. We will join with other area churches to bring compassion, prayer and the Love of Christ. If this stirs your heart and you would like to help in any way please contact us.
